Bringing your child for therapy is an investment in their well-being and in their future. We believe in collaborating with caregivers to provide the essential tools to help children and provide them with skills that will allow them to cope with current and future life challenges so that they may reach their greatest potential.
The building blocks for successful relationships and careers have their roots in child and adolescent development. As problems arise during childhood, how they are dealt with will influence their ability to cope and succeed in the future.
If I had my child to raise all over again,
I'd build self-esteem first, and the house later.
I'd finger-paint more, and point the finger less.
I would do less correcting and more connecting.
I'd take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes.
I'd take more hikes and fly more kites.
I'd stop playing serious, and seriously play.
I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars.
I'd do more hugging and less tugging.
